30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email support@thehomegolflab.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original. Just email us a photo of the damage and your order number.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
