How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. US warehouse stock ships in 5–8 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Email support@thehomegolflab.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement immediately, no return needed.

Are these products good for beginners?
Yes. Every product works for all skill levels. Not sure where to start? Email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

How much space do I need?
The putting mat needs ~8 feet. The practice net needs ~10 feet of depth (garage or backyard). Swing trainers work in any room with ceiling clearance.

Can I use the practice net indoors?
Yes, with enough ceiling height. Standard garages (8–9ft) work for irons. 10ft+ recommended for full driver swings.

Do these work with foam balls?
Yes — all products work with foam practice balls, real balls, or both. Foam recommended for indoor use.

How do bundles work?
Bundle items are fulfilled and shipped the same as individual products. Some items may arrive in separate packages.
